Hold On

It’s 2.00p.m. and I’m suffering from early-onset three thirtyitis

Being a long time sufferer of this disease I’ve found a few ways to get through the toughest attacks, which usually flare up on Mondays, end of month, or EOFY etc.

Here is one of my all time quick fixes. Put in your headphones, turn it up, get two pens ready and wait for the 1 minute mark.
